I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to a shopping mall and surrounded by great food options. The staff were amazing and really went out of their way to help me. They even accommodated my requests for a high-floor, non-smoking room. The room itself was luxurious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, especially the floor. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, offering a variety of dishes.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel's convenient location near several malls offers easy access to shopping and entertainment. Guests appreciated the clean rooms, prompt responses to complaints, as well as the decent restaurant serving Japanese cuisine. Free shuttle services to key areas in the region are an added bonus.

There were some concerns regarding the long distance from the international airport.

Spent a wonderful Easter weekend at this hotel and I have to say, I was really impressed. the breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options. the impressive swimming pool was definitely a highlight, specifically the children's float which made splashing around with my family even more enjoyable. the location was perfect for exploring the city and there was plenty to see and do around the area.

One drawback was the lackluster cleanliness of our room, found some leftover coffee and dust on the floor. the room was a bit cramped for a family with an infant and we had trouble finding space to put our baby's cot.

The hotel we stayed at during the weekend was amazing! We were surprised at how affordable it was without compromising the quality. The staff is very attentive and always greeted us with a smile. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, and we loved the rooftop pool and gym. It was also great that they had a shuttle service to take us to nearby locations. The best part, however, was the delicious Japanese food they offered in their restaurant and the convenience stores just a short walk away.

Although the location was in a prime spot for shopping and dining, the traffic on the street below was a bit loud and did keep us up one night. Unfortunately, there was no indoor parking, and we had to look for a spot each time we returned to the hotel.

I had a great stay in this city. The hotel had everything I needed - clean rooms, amazing facilities, convenient parking, and great staff. Additionally, this hotel is located near a shopping mall, making it easy to get everything I needed.
